Always a good service. Staff are very friendly. The new website interface is much better. I imagine you'll get a lot more business. I simply love your food. Don't change it!!!! Consider speeding up delivery times. I am not sure how you can achieve this. To improve your feedback (which your star rating on just eat is NOT a reflection of your service food. You should have a minimum of 4.5 stars, which includes people that you just can't please). I would leave a note inside each delivery asking for good reviews on justeat etc. And if they have a problem to email you with the issue directly and you'll respond within 24 hours to resolve any issues they have BEFORE they leave a negative review. Additionally, I would strongly recommend sending a menu with each order. Simply to strengthen branding and also increase return sales. The feedback form and potentially be merged with the menu.
